Please insure you have confirmed availability for your reservation of 30+ guests with the reservations team & you have thoroughly read over the following information before completing & submitting this form. Booking Deposit & Payment. To secure your function booking a deposit of $200 is required for reservations of 30+ guests and a deposit of $500 for 40+ guests. Information on require.
Please complete the following Deposit Form to make payment. This deposit is non-refundable (with exception to the cancellation policy) & will not be reimbursed in any other format. The amount will strictly only be deducted from the final bill at your event.
In the regrettable situation that you need to cancel your event booking, notification is required in writing via email to the restaurant you have booked with. For notice provided less than 7 days prior to your event booking, 100% of the booking deposit will be retained by Green Peppercorn Restaurant. Final guest numbers of your event must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your booking. Please note that the number of guests confirmed by this time is the number of guests that will charged for the set banquet menu at the time of dining. Please be advised that if numbers decrease from your original booking, the deposit difference will not be refunded. Your deposit will simply be deducted from your final bill at the time of dining.
DURATION OF RESERVATION
Please be advised that guest must all arrive 5mins before booking time and all on the premises, a 2 hour time duration will apply. We kindly ask that you respect your arrival time to ensure the experience of other guests is not impacted. For this reason, please let us know if you’re running more than 15 minutes late via store phone.
MENU FOOD REQUIREMENTS
We do surcharge for any dessert that bring inside the venue (1$/person).
For any special dietary requirements, Green Peppercorn requires a minimum of at least 72 hour notice to ensure all your needs are catered for. Any menu changes to your confirmed set menu is required in writing via email to your selected restaurant your booking has been placed with. This must not be later than 48 hours prior to your event. All menus & prices are based on seasonal produce & are subject to change. Some dishes may contain traces of nuts. If uncertain of the number of guests for your booking, we recommend booking for the maximum expected amount to avoid disappointment at a later stage. Please remember to amend this number, if necessary, prior to 48 hours before your booking to avoid being charged.
