Thai Beef Salad

Thinly sliced wok tossed beef mixed with herbs and spices, toasted ground rice powder, red onions, chili, mint leaves, kaffir lime leaves, coriander, shallots and lemongrass. 

BBQ Squid & Green Mango Salad

Grilled squid served on a bed of green mango salad (or green apples when not in season) with mum’s special sauce.

Lao Papaya Salad

The most popular Laotian styled salad dish. Combining the fresh ingredients mixed in a mortar. Shredded green papaya, cherry tomatoes, sour lime, chili, crab paste and fish sauce. Giving you a sour, salty and spicy hit.

BBQ Squid Garden Salad

Grilled squid served with mum’s special sauce.

Raw Beef Salad

Finely chopped raw beef and tripe tossed with anchovy sauce, lime, fresh herbs and toasted ground rice powder.

Crunchy Rice

Crunchy rice salad mixed with cured pork, shallots, chili, kaffir lime leaves, peanuts served with iceberg lettuce and mint leaves.

Tiger Beef Salad

Thinly sliced grill BBQ beef mixed with herbs and spices, toasted ground rice powder, red onions, chili, mint leaves, kaffir lime leaves, coriander, shallots and lemongrass.

Seafood Salad

Mixed hot and sour seafood and fresh herbs dressed with chili, palm sugar, mint leaves, shallots, lime, fish sauce tossed in a mesclun salad.

Thai Papaya Salad

Chicken Feet Salad

Deboned chicken feet tossed with coriander, shallots, chili, mint leaves, peanuts and red onions dressed in lime and fish sauce.

Mango Salad

Sliced ripe mangoes, red onion, mint, peanuts with lime-fish sauce dressing. (Green mango used when in season or green apple is substituted).

Vermicelli Salad

Mixed seafood, lettuce, tomato, onions, coriander, shallots, chili, and mint leaves tossed in Chef’s special dressing of dry shrimp, peanuts turmeric and lime juice.

Roasted Duck Salad

Roasted duck salad, sliced and tossed with mesclun salad, shallots, mint leaves, onions, coriander, chili and lime juice.

Tripe Salad

Thinly sliced cooked beef trip tossed with coriander, shallots, fresh chili, mint leaves, peanuts and red onions, dressed in fresh lime and fish sauce.
